Lauren West is an Internationally Awarded writer and Executive Contributor on topics ranging from mental health to technology. She studied Holistic Health when she was 22 and has been a wellness enthusiast for the past 12 years healing people mentally, physically, and emotionally all over the world. Her branding, graphic design, and website design skills and talents were cultivated and refined in Chicago and throughout her travels. She has cemented her aesthetic on the internet and in her local community.
Our Story
Lauren is a dog mom, and Cali is her fur baby. Cali is also a special find and has psychic gifts. She's traveled all over the state and is living the life. Like her mommy, she got lucky and was found at the right time to rehoused. When I got her, she was an abused, scared, and racist old pup. Lauren trained her and healed her with energy work and gentle leading. Discipline and emotional reactions teach and train behavior. She uses both methods and energy in her domesticity practices and methodology.

Lauren has been engaged twice in loveless and political set-ups. She has dated, traveled, healed, and eaten all over the world her entire life. Her past is littered with jealous inferiors who are racist, stalkers, liars, evil, and sexually confused and dysfunctional. Her expertise is helping others appreciate themselves and find gratitude in their everyday lives and lifestyles while blending the magic of conscious manifestation and energetic rebalancing. She has worked with millionaires and billionaires and set up her business in Florida. They are self-starters and magnets that shifts any environment they enter.
